How do you tell the difference between a male and female alligator lizard?

Female and make alligators will actually need to be ed by pretty much probing the animal and an adult male will be significantly larger than a female, An american alligator can on average live for about 50 years and they reach ual maturity at anywhere from 9-14 years of age. in the wild they prey on fish, mammals, turtles, and most anything that comes accross its path, Humans have also been feeding them and causing aggression. In captivity they can be fed rodents, poultry, fish and such. Alligators are mainly aquatic and would need a large area of water, depending on your weather and where you are keeping your gator would depend if they need heat and lastly i hope this question was a joke because i can't imagine someone who knows so little about these animals could even consider keeping and breeding them, bother getting arrested for taking them from the wild
