Why does my oatmeal say "not a low calorie food"?

My Quake Apples and Cinnamon Low Sugar box says at the bottom "not a low calorie food" Each packet is only 110 calories! I bought this for my diet and was wondering why it says "not a low calorie food" could someone explain?
