All of them should be considered, and the question is bogus. (For example, let's just negate the first one: Biodegradability. Think of a college canteen as a fast-food source -- which it is -- and ask whether it's better for the environment that the canteen washes their dishes, or individually wraps every menu item in biodegradable wrapping. Probably, the former. But McDonalds will be the other way. You must consider it, but that's not the same as committing to it; and none of these four represent absolute commitments in your packaging.)
