Kansas City BBQ...am i missing something. HELP!?

There is many excellent BBQ joint in KC and you will get a variety of opinions about the best. Kansas City is basically pit BBQ with thick sauce laced with moles. Some of the places that I personally like is Arthur Bryant's at 18th and Brooklyn , The Legends shopping center and at the Airport. If you want Texas style BBQ then I would ,although it is more Omaha stile, try Famous Dave's at the Power and Light District or the Legends shopping center. It seems that Famous Dave's has taken the best from Carolina, Memphis, Texas, Saint Louis,and Omaha and created a menu and sauces for anybody's tastes, For Texas style try the devils spit sauce,
