Please i know there are many people out there who can help me so please do!!?

My ex who i am still in love with is dating another girl but he talks to me all the time; IMs me randomly; calls me randomly; flirts with me; sneaks over to my house to hangout; wants to do n@ughty things with me; says im y and that he likes my body better; but on the other hand to says he only loves me as a friend but i swear its more then a friend... what do i do? What are signs that he still loves me? please help me i am dying over this bc its like hes teasing me but i think about it and its like hes teasing me in a way that he wants to be with me again want me to be his girlfriend... i dont know i need answers!!!!!
