Lied to MEPS by accident? What to do?

I asked this question earlier, but I didn't get many answers. I accidentally told meps I never had surgery. But now I do recall having an abortion but I didn't tell them that. Also, I have been in court to get a judicial byp, but I forgot all about that... Now I just realized I lied! Will I be okay? Will it show up on their background check of me
