My Beardie is acting like hes dizzy or cant see and when i get him out he walks funny?

I just need to know if this is from the lights or is he really sick.I have been giving him lots of calcium cuz he is a rescue Can someone help..It saddens me to see him this way.He seems unhappy.and almost like hes drunk or dizzy.He sways his head funny when he looks at me what could be wrong.Is it the uvb or too much calcium.or is he sick.
