Something, I believe, needs to be done with the Family court system in Canada and Child Protective Services?

I have a child in foster care for over 5 years and I am heartbroken. He is not doing well either. He is ten years old.. CAS in Peterborough, Ontario, Canada, won't give him back to me and have made things worse for me and my son. They have him on 2 anti-anxiety drugs and when I started making more waves by writing to local and provincial politicians they filed court papers on me asking the Family court to make an order that I can't see my son anymore..This is Canada? Home of the Free? Now they are taking me to court so I can't see him for a year and I was only allowed to see him once every three months for an hour...They don't do anything to help but put me down..People should know about this issue. I have to go to court this Tuesday. I do have a lawyer. I have had three of them in this 5 year plus mess..I have been living a nightmare..CAS makes up false allegations and accusations about me and I know my son Brandon, loves me. How can they do this to us?
