well ok here are your choices. the 800 is a very tiring race but its' probably better suited to you because you are a distance runner. the 200 is a little less tiring but i doubt you'd be as good as you could be in the 800. but my personal opinion is that you should just do the 200 because for one it's not gonna wipe you out for your mile race and two it'll just be a fun race to see if you can be a sprinter or not.
