How do i control my temper?

Do some sort of kick-boxing or matial arts. I have the same problem but instead of saying hurtful things i will actuatly go after the person and hurt them physically. Of corse I won't touch a girl but my guy friends, dad, and brother get teh brute of my anger. I started to wrestle in 7th grade which helped a bit but i just recently joined a MMA gym and started to train to fight MMA. Since the, my anger has been somewaht undercontrol. I know you're a girl so the whole MMA/wrestling thing might not be for you, but intese kick-boxing is a great way to lose anger and get in shape as well.
