I'm trying to find the name for an old computer game I would play as a kid.?

It was a learning computer game where kids were locked up and you had to complete levels to get keys to let them out before it was too late. It was kind of a dark game, I remember doing like math questions with some weird witch and making her stew ingredients. The students locked up were turned into different creatures. Help?
