on a spaceship---the aliens are enemies & i remember one astronaut getting punished by being subjected to a ray of light which literally burned him alive---near the end the remaining astronauts mee the leader which is a giant eye type creature that speaks our language--i think they shoot something into it which causes it to collapse & they get away
