Need Aviane Birth control help!!?

Started taking Aviane abut three weeks ago... two weeks and four days to be exact. I have been experiencing a LOT of cramping this last week, and break through bleeding on and off for about five days now. It has also made my face break out. Is all of this normal? Any suggestions?
